God of War Chains of Olympus

God of War Chains of Olympus for the PSP is the third game in the God of War series.The game focuses on the story of Kratos,an ancient warrior who pledges himself to the gods to absolve his sins. After the world falls into darkness, Kratos is sent to the underworld to fight mythological Greek creatures and save the world.

After loading the game on my PSP, I was pretty impressed. Though mobile gaming is never known to have great graphics, the quality of this game is stunning, as good as if not better than the PS2. Everything stands out and can be seen in crisp detail. The voice quality is also good. While playing the game, I felt as though I was in ancient Greece, not the 21st century.

As for the gameplay, it's awesome. The controls work well and Kratos can be moved around with little effort. Button sequences make smashing and bashing your enemy to a pulp a breeze. I've played plenty of games on the PSP, and this one is probably one of the best. The only downfall to the game is its length. As good as the gameplay and action is, the game seemed a bit short to me. I could care less considering how good the game is overall, and you can still get many hours of gaming adventure out of this game.

Overall, I would rate this game at 4.5/5 stars. It has plenty of action and great graphics, but could be a tad longer. I would recommed it to any friend. You can read more about it here or buy it at Amazon here.
